With mobile@vdk, you can manage your banking affairs whenever and wherever you want!

You will find all your banking information under 5 clear tabs:

1. Welcome Screen: Personalized notifications keep you informed anytime, anywhere.
2. Products: Easily access more information about all your products with just a few clicks.
3. Payments: All your transactions are conveniently organized on this tab, from making transfers to creating payment requests via a QR code.
4. Communication: Access all important documents and messages here. You also have a direct line to your vdk bank branch.
5. Profile: Manage your profile settings or choose an avatar. If you have a professional profile, you can easily switch between them.

With mobile@vdk, you can not only access quickly but also easily and securely:

• View your accounts and payments.
• Check and modify your scheduled payments.
• Make payments and receive using QR codes.
• Review all transactions on your accounts and set filters.
• View and manage all European direct debits.
• Create standing orders and manage them.
• Activate Maestro for use outside of Europe.
• Adjust the limits of your debit card.
• View your Visa statement of expenditures.
• Change your security code.
• Read messages, download attachments. Note: You need an app to open PDF documents.
• View or save your account statements.
• Contact your local vdk bank branch.

If you want to easily reimburse your friends (remotely or via QR code) or securely pay in your favorite online store, download the Payconic by Bancontact app and link it to your card and account.

Prior to using mobile@vdk, for security purposes, you need to first register your smartphone via online@vdk or at your vdk bank branch. You can find complete instructions at http://www.vdk.be/particulieren/betalen/bankieren/mobilevdk. Once you have completed these steps, you can start using mobile@vdk.
